Although I had no ties to the city of Las Vegas, I reached out to the practice in 2020 and have not regretted my decision to sign here even once. Meadows allows me to take the best care possible of my patients and spend the rest of my time with my family. They have been true to their word with consistent messaging from day one: anti-PE, pro-work-life-balance, with a joyful culture and camaraderie between staff and physicians. The city itself has been a blessing of convenience, sun and entertainment. Meadows Eye is a family and I couldn’t be happier that I found this position straight out of training, and I am sure I’ll be here until I retire.

I was the first physician hired in 2018 after Dr. Krispel founded her solo practice in 2015. Since then, the original Meadows Retina has morphed into the current Meadows Eye Physicians and Surgeons by continuing to grow in an organic fashion as we were joined by multiple comprehensive and sub-specialist ophthalmologists as well as optometrists. My only complaint is that it took me 36 years of working through A LOT of ho-hum practice settings until I was fortunate enough to join Meadows Eye.
